For centuries, the Briançonnais and the neighbouring valleys of Piedmont have shared the same mountains, passes and winters. Alba reconnects with this history of neighbours and celebrates the generosity of Italy.
Wood, natural materials and soft lighting create a warm, intimate setting where the charm of mountain chalets meets the Italian art of living.
At the heart of the dining room, a Neapolitan oven built on site, brick by brick, sets the scene. Aromas drift through the room as pizzas take shape before diners’ eyes.
Everyone can create their own, choosing ingredients to suit their tastes.
A selection of Italian wines takes you on a journey to the hills of Piedmont, exploring Italy’s terroirs and traditions. A lively, welcoming restaurant where you come for the food and linger for the atmosphere.
