What room categories does L’Hôtel**** at Grand Hôtel Serre Chevalier offer?
L’Hôtel**** offers Standard Rooms for 1 to 2 guests, Deluxe Rooms with a balcony for 2 to 3 guests and Superior Rooms for 2 guests. There are also Suites for 2 to 4 guests, Family Suites for 4 to 6 guests and Club Suites for 6 to 8 guests. All were renovated in 2016 by Studio Frémont.
Is access to the Nuxe Spa included with a stay at L’Hôtel****?
Yes. One hour of access to the wellness area per day is included with your stay, subject to a reservation with the Nuxe Spa. Since 5 June 2026, this included hour must be taken between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.; a supplement applies between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. The Nuxe Spa is inside L’Hôtel****.
Is L’Hôtel**** suitable for family stays?
Yes. L’Hôtel**** has a large games room divided into four areas for children aged 3 to 17, open from 7 a.m. until 1 a.m. Facilities include table football, board games, arcade games and a library. Family Suites and Club Suites accommodate up to 8 guests.
Can I rent ski equipment directly at L’Hôtel****?
Yes. Ski Shop Melquiond is inside L’Hôtel****, at the foot of the slopes. It sells and rents skis and clothing for all ages and abilities. Outside the ski season, it also offers mountain bikes, ropes and climbing harnesses. Equipment can be reserved in advance.
Can I organise a business seminar at L’Hôtel****?
Yes. L’Hôtel**** has a meeting room for up to 50 people, equipped with a flip chart and projector. Coffee breaks, afternoon snacks and meals are prepared on site. Outdoor activities can also be added to the programme. Please contact Grand Hôtel on +33 (0)4 92 24 15 16.
